Tengen Uzui’s Flashiest Moments Ranked
The Entertainment District – I mean Season 3 – was hands down my favorite arc in the entire Demon Slayer anime series! The animation absolutely blew me away, and we also get to see incredible flashbacks of Muzan and the legendary demon slayer Yoriichi that gave me chills.
One of the best moments of Tengen Uzui for me has to be when he casually introduces himself as a literal god to Inosuke, Tanjiro, and Zenitsu. Tanjiro’s innocent response? “What kind of god are you?”
When Tengen, the Sound Hashira, proudly declares he’s the god of festivals, Inosuke immediately fires back with “I’m the king of the mountains, nice to meet you!” This whole interaction is absolutely hilarious and perfectly captures everyone’s personalities – not to mention Zenitsu’s priceless reaction watching this unfold!
The final fight with Gyutaro is undoubtedly the most flashiest moment of the Sound Hashira – there’s absolutely no denying that! But what made me love this fight scene even more was watching Tengen and Tanjiro team up against Gyutaro while simultaneously Inosuke and Zenitsu are going all out against Daki. The coordination was insane!
And can we talk about those miniature grenade bombs? Tengen’s throwing these wisteria flower-laced explosives in between sword strikes like it’s nothing! The entire fight looked like the most epic fireworks display coming straight out of Tengen’s dual blades – pure visual perfection!
